Account information — your shop name, username, language preference and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Content you provide — products, scripts, FAQs, avatars, audio, and the stream keys and platform cookies you enter to run livestreams. Sensitive values such as stream keys and cookies are encrypted at rest.

Usage and operational data — stream status, GPU/session activity, logs and analytics generated while the Service runs, used to operate and support your account.

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, run your livestreams, provision GPU compute on your behalf, read and respond to comments you have configured, manage plans and billing status, provide support, and keep the platform secure.

To deliver the Service we interact with third parties you choose or that power the platform, including streaming platforms (YouTube, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook and similar) and GPU providers. Data shared with them is limited to what is needed to run your streams. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transient operational data (such as live command queues) is short-lived. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use technical measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

You can update your account details and content at any time from your dashboard, remove uploaded assets, and disconnect servers. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact us using the email below.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required by applicable law to use such services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
