Terms of Service

AI Live Studio lets sellers run automated AI-avatar livestreams across supported platforms (such as YouTube, Shopee, TikTok and Facebook), configure products and scripts, and read and respond to live comments. Features, supported platforms and limits may change over time.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, where you act for a business, authorized to bind that business.

The Service is offered under time-based plans (trial, 7-day, 1-month, 3-month and similar). Access is active only while your plan is valid; when a plan expires, live features are paused until you renew. Trials are for evaluation and may be limited. Fees are stated at purchase and, unless required by law, are non-refundable once a plan period has started.

Running a livestream provisions GPU compute from third-party providers on your behalf. You are responsible for stopping or disconnecting servers you no longer need. We provide automatic shutdown safeguards, but we are not liable for compute costs incurred while a session or server is left running.

You retain ownership of the products, scripts, avatars, media and stream keys you upload. You grant us the limited right to process this content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for complying with the terms and policies of any platform you stream to. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, resell it without permission, or use it to impersonate others or spread illegal or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or the availability of any third-party platform or GPU provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Live Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required to protect the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
